To cancel the reserved appointment it is mandatory to notify 48 hours from the requested date otherwise the customer must pay 50% of the amount of the reserved service. If the customer books the wellness service within 24 hours from the date requested, the cancellation requires the payment of 100% of the reserved service amount.
